Warranty Policy (2 Years)

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty covering:

  • Parts
  • Labour
  • Manufacturing defects

How Warranty Works

  • Most issues are resolved remotely (email or phone)
  • If required, the unit must be returned for inspection
  • Repairs are prioritized over replacement
  • Replacement is only issued if the unit cannot be repaired

Warranty Costs

  • Covered by us: shipping + labour (valid warranty claims)
  • If deemed non-warranty: customer covers shipping (repair still free)

Returns & Change of Mind (30 Days)

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it if:

  • Item is unused and unopened
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Product is in resalable condition
  • Item is not damaged

Fees & Conditions

  • 10% restocking fee
  • 5% transaction

Refunds are issued only after inspection and confirmation of return.

Installation Condition (Important)

Returns are not accepted for products that have been:

  • Installed
  • Used
  • Modified

Exchanges

If you selected the wrong model:

  • Exchanges are allowed if the product meets return conditions
